What is Vacation Hold? Is this the old Summer Break program?

Yes, this is the service formerly known as Summer Break. AireBeam revamped the program to make it easier and more streamline for customers.

Vacation Hold allows you to place your services on hold if you’re going to be away from home for an extended period. It’s a better option than disconnecting your account completely and is popular with customers who travel or have vacation homes in other locations. Its low monthly fee includes the continued rental of your router while you’re on Vacation Hold.

How much does it cost, are there any reactivation fees?

Contact a customer service agent to learn your rate! The fee will replace your monthly Internet cost until you return from Vacation Hold.

There is NO reactivation fee, and that’s the best part! You can leave Vacation Hold on as long as you are away, just remember to keep automatic payments active on your account.

What are the requirements and eligibility?

As a customer you must:

– Have active service for a minimum of 90 days.

– Request to turn Vacation Hold on or off up to 90 days in advance.

– Own the lot, with no one else using the location while Vacation Hold is active.

– Own a unit that is stationary/immovable.

– Not travel with the equipment.

If the equipment is installed on a shed/tripod/pole and not on the RV, you can use the Vacation Hold Service.

Can I use my home security devices while on Vacation Hold?

Yes! Your Vacation Hold service still allows you to use your home security devices that require an internet connection. Your internet connection is never turned off!
