Summer Break Program
If you plan to depart Arizona for an extended period of time, you may wish to take advantage of our once a year “put your service on vacation mode” offer ($25.00 Broadband Deactivation/Activation service fee charged when you deactivate. *Additional services to be put on suspension will add to the summer break fee) which stops your monthly billing during your absence. To qualify for this program, the only requirement is that you activate and pay for your service a minimum of 3 months every 12 months. We do not offer partial service months, so your last month must be paid in full, regardless of your departure date. Upon receipt of your request for Summer Break, we will bill your card on file for the Summer Break fee and schedule an automatic close of your account.

- On the day of departure, unplug the power supply that feeds our antenna from the electrical outlet. It is also a very good idea for you to unplug ALL of your valued electronic devices from their respective outlets. The summer time monsoons, accompanied by lightning, will often destroy electronics which are left powered on.
- When you return, simply plug in your power supplies, and give us a call to reactivate your service. If you do not return and reactivate your service by March 31st of the following year, we will remove our equipment and bill you $30 for the power kit.
