Automatic Payment Policy

Dear Valued AireBeam Customer,

Please be aware that for customers not currently setup on AUTOPAY, our policy is changing: Effective May 1st, 2021, We will no longer be accepting cash or check deposits at our office, and our Arizona City office will be closed effective May 1st 2021.

AireBeam accepts payment in the form of Electronic Checks or Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). Cards are a much safer form of payment for consumers than checks! Using a credit or debit card also assures you that your payment is processed immediately and accurately.

I don’t currently have a card, how can I get one?

  • If you have a checking account, most banks and credit unions issue debit cards at no cost to the account holder. If you do not have a bank account, reloadable or prepaid Visa cards are available at WalMart, CVS and Fry’s, just to name a few places.
  • You may also use your checking or savings account information, we would need your bank routing number and your account number.

How do I put a card on my file to start Autopay?

  • You can do this online by pointing your web browser at https://billing.airebeam.com.
  • Your login is the email address you gave us when you first subscribed and your password is your 10 digit phone number entered without “-“s or any other punctuation.
  • You can also call us at 520-510-0909 if you need assistance. Representatives are available 7 days a week, from 8am-8pm, excluding holidays. If you contact us after hours, we will respond to you the next day using the contact information you provided.

Are there any options available if I am unable to get a card?

  • Please be aware that any manual payment processed by an AireBeam Representative (including Check, Money Order or Pay-by-Phone) will now incur a $2.50 fee per each payment. When mailing in your payment, you will need to include the $2.50 fee to your bill amount each time.
