Affordable Connectivity Program FAQs
What is the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)?
ACP is designed to help lower-income households connect to the Internet and stay connected. The Program provides eligible customers of participating broadband providers up to a $30/month ($75/month for Tribal lands) credit toward Internet and mobile services for the duration of the program. It will last for as long as the Federal Government funds the Program, which is expected to be several years. The amount of the credit depends on the rate for the services selected.
How long will ACP Last?
The Program will last as long as the Federal Government provides funding, which is expected to be for several years. Enrolled customers will be notified at least 30 days before the Program ends. You will be eligible for an ACP credit for so long as you continue to qualify for the Program, and you may be required to confirm your continued eligibility periodically.
What does ACP Cover?
ACP applies to monthly charges for AireBeam’s Internet service and leased Internet equipment.

Subscribers may receive a Lifeline discount on either a wireline or a wireless service, but they may not receive a discount on both services at the same time.
Can I have Lifeline and ACP at the same time?
Yes, you can be enrolled and use both ACP and Lifeline. If you already have Lifeline, you can submit your Lifeline application ID to enroll in AireBeam’s ACP plans.
When will the ACP credit appear on my bill?
Once you receive confirmation of your enrollment, you can see the ACP credit on your next bill. However, depending on when you enroll, the credit may not appear until your second bill after enrollment. You will receive an automatic notification when your credit is applied.
Will I get the funds directly?
No, the Affordable Connectivity Program provides a monthly discount on broadband service of up to $30 per eligible household (or up to $75 per eligible household on Tribal lands). The Federal Communications Commission will administer the benefit payment to AireBeam.
Is AireBeam participating in the device subsidy portion of the ACP?
At this time, we are not participating in the device subsidy program associated with ACP. Our focus is to provide broadband connectivity across all tiers of Internet service for as many eligible customers as possible.
The Affordable Connectivity Program is an FCC program (the “Program”) to help eligible households pay for internet service. Program benefit is non-transferrable, one per household. For eligible households, Program provides a monthly discount of up to $30 (up to $75 for households on Tribal lands) towards the amount charged for residential broadband internet service after any other discounts are applied (most discounts are applied via monthly credit within 1 billing cycle). Programs and discounts are subject to change.

Eligible households may receive Program benefits from any participating provider and may transfer the benefit to another provider at any time. Program discounts may be applied to any generally available internet tier.  This is a long-term program but will conclude if and when funding is exhausted. You remain responsible for a monthly payment to AireBeam. After the Program ends or you are de-enrolled from the Program, AireBeam’s regular rates apply. See airebeam.com for current regular rates. AireBeam Internet service is subject to the https://airebeam.com/terms-and-conditions. This program’s discounted Internet service may be canceled anytime without an early termination fee. All application and eligibility decisions are made by the FCC. For more details and to qualify/enroll, please contact us at airebeam.com/acp or contact us at acp@airebeam.com
