Your Internet service is currently disabled because your account is Past Due, on Vacation Hold or Closed.

 To update your payment information or to make a payment:

    • Log on to the Customer Portal at https://portal.airebeam.com
      • Under Billing, update your payment information or make a payment.
    •   If your account was Past Due, service will be restored automatically within 5 minutes after a successful payment. You may need to restart your equipment by unplugging the power and plugging it back in.
